Re: UCCNC - THC Response - Field Request

Yes, AVC acceleration value is static number. Recommend value is 300-400 mm/sec2. Higher value make control unstable, lower value - down the control speed. Yes, you right about S-curve acceleration. It's more smooth. As I know UCCNC use trapezoid acceleration, Neuron too. Now I'm very worried about ...

Re: UCCNC - THC Response - Field Request

No problem Rob.
I will add this on the next week.
Also notice there is a "AVC Acceleration" value that affects to the THC response. This acceleration value controller use during automatic voltage control.

Re: optional feature - kerf detect + torch off

If we will know what pin and port assigned to the M10/M11 - no problem to control it's state inside plugin for any purpose.
Of course we can control this future by toggle button code.

Re: UCCNC - plugin methods public / additional field Z-axis position

Yes Rob, I am planned to add chart element for building graph of the real arc voltage, torch position and Hold signal. It's will be very helpful. Now this future present for Mach3 and Mach4.
Also operator can store this graphs in the xml file.

Re: optional feature - kerf detect + torch off

Rob, similar future has Simplicity controller. This future delay the arclost signal if torch was turned off via M11 command. It's allow to turn torch off immediately, but without stop of the motion. Further, the isothermal process allows to finish the cutting of the part. I think turn torch off on k...

Re: UCCNC - plugin methods public / additional field Z-axis position

Hello Rob! Yes, in the Mach3 version plugin can build a graph of the real arc voltage during cutting. UCCNC plugin can not currently to make it, because need to have minimum NetFramework 2.0 version. Chart tool available from 3.5 SP1 version. I have an idea how to workaround this limit, but need som...
